Photos From Amsterdam, Part I

Yay! I’ve finally got around to posting about my trip from Amsterdam I took back in June (wow I’m sooo bad at keeping up)! I’ve got loads of photos to share so I figured I’d split them into two posts.

I traveled solo to Amsterdam, and it was AMAZING! Seriously one of the best cities I’ve ever visited! It’s such a relaxed and easygoing atmosphere which is something I really enjoyed. I wanted so desperately to ride a bike around the city but because of my foot (you can read about that here) I just ended up walking everywhere. I didn’t mind taking my time just strolling through the streets and over canals. It is an unbelievable beautiful city and I know I have to go back again one day!

Anyways, here are a bunch of photos I took on my trip!

The floating flower market. I wanted so badly to bring home some tulip bulbs to plant, but it just wasn’t going to happen with a carry on:(

I felt like I was walking through the set of a movie every time I walked over these canals. It was sooo beautiful!

Is it bad that every time I look at these beautiful paintings I love the frames even more?
