Germany Reunion

Five years and 5,000 miles later, I finally made it to Germany to see a good friend of mine that I met back in high school! It was sooo nice getting to catch up after all that time (including laughing at all the hilarious photos from high school hah)! We always talked about me visiting one day, and I was beginning to think I never would. Then, after I decided to move to Ireland, I knew I had to make my way there! Wicklow Mountains

Hello again from Ireland! I’ve been so bad lately about accidentally posting unfinished posts! I usually throw together all the photos and plan to write something later on, but recently I’ve been scheduling all my posts so I stay on top of it! Turns out I was sick the entire week and I totally forgot to push back all the scheduled posts a few days. So…if you are wondering why they keep showing up and then disappear from the blog, thats why!

Anyways, today I’m sharing a few photos from when I went to the Wicklow Mountians. When I’m not traveling around the rest of Europe on the weekends, I’m usually exploring Ireland! Continue reading “Wicklow Mountains”

London Travel Guide

So I’ve been to London twice now, and I must say, it’s hard not to love this city! There’s just something about it that makes me want to go back again and again! Instead of doing two separate posts, I thought it would be easier to put the photos from both of my trips into one post and make a little “London Travel Guide”! So here are just a few things that I did while in London, and if you are ever planning on going, hopefully this can help:) Continue reading “London Travel Guide”

Spring Break In Ireland

Back at the beginning of April, my friend Paul (who you may recognize from my New York City post back in November) flew over to Ireland for a few days over his spring break! It was so nice being able to see an old friend and be able to show someone around my new “home”. We had an intense couple of days traveling, Ireland, London, and our last stop Ibiza, Spain, but I’ll get into those in another post.

Harry Potter World In London

A few months back, my friend and I decided to book a trip to London. I knew that if I ever got the chance to visit the UK, I would not leave until I went to Harry Potter World. So, we booked our tickets, and two months later, here we are! And listen to me when I say this. Harry Potter World was hands down, one of the best places I have EVER been to in my entire life! WARNING: If you are not a Harry Potter fan and don’t want to listen to me go on and on about it, then skip this post, because that’s all it’s about! Continue reading “Harry Potter World In London”

I’m 20 & a Bucket List

So, I’m officially in my twenties. How in the world did time go by so fast? I know I’m still super young, but I feel like I am supposed to be a real adult now. And I’m not ready!! I mean, at what age do you actually feel like a “grown up”? Turning twenty has been making me think about so many things lately. Specifically, about how quickly time passes, and just how short our lives really are. Continue reading “I’m 20 & a Bucket List”

Life Lately

I was just thinking today that I’ve now been living in Ireland for four months. Four months?! I remember doing a blogpost on my first month living in Ireland (here), and I can’t believe how quickly time has passed. I think it’s been about two weeks since I’ve written a new blog post and my first thought was “Wow I should apologize, I mean two weeks?! Come on Kaite!” But to be honest I’ve been feeling a bit unmotivated and uninspired lately. Not to mention extremely busy! I think it’s important for me to realize that blogging should be a fun way for me to share content with the world, rather than a demanding job that has to get done each week. I don’t ever want my blog to turn into that. Continue reading “Life Lately”

A Day In Bray

Hey there! Because I’m a little late on so many blog posts, I figured I would just throw this one in the mix and do the rest later this week! This weekend was the first weekend in months that I’ve had at home (in Navan), and it was so nice just getting to chill for a bit and hang out with some friends. I finally tried Kanoodle for the first time on Saturday night and it was the best! Ugh, I just can’t stop thinking about those Kow Soi Noodles, they were seriously sooo good!
